The Wisconsin College and Career Attainment Network (WisCCAN) is a new statewide initiative bringing together education, workforce, nonprofit, and public-sector leaders to improve college access, credential attainment, and career outcomes for all Wisconsinites.
A New Statewide Initiative
WisCCAN brings together a multi-partner collaboration supported by the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC). Together, WisCCAN will:
Support Wisconsin’s long-term education and workforce goals
Strengthen collaboration between employers, schools, colleges and training programs.
Give every Wisconsinite the tools they need to succeed

The Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) brings together leaders from midwestern states to develop cost-savings opportunities, generate collaborative solutions to challenges and opportunities in higher education, and promote postsecondary alignment with workforce needs.
